The position involves greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously, efficiently managing wait times and waitlists, and coordinating reservations with the waitstaff to maintain a smooth flow of service. The Sweet Waters Host position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and eligibility for tip pooling, allowing hosts to benefit from shared gratuities.
