The position available is the Food and Beverage (F&B) Assistant Manager, a vital leadership role within the Trilogy at Vistancia's Golf Shop and V's Taproom departments. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging between $64,000 and $66,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role. The F&B Assistant Manager serves as a key supervisor and coordinator for the F&B teams across all dining outlets, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager. In this capacity, the Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food service standards meet or exceed both employee and guest expectations through consistent quality and service. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two to three years leadership experience in related field
• Two years supervisory experience preferred
• Must meet state minimum age requirement for serving alcohol

• TIPS® Certification
• Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Knowledge of restaurant database software a plus
