The position available is the Food and Beverage (F&B) Assistant Manager, a vital leadership role within the Trilogy at Vistancia's Golf Shop and V's Taproom departments. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging between $64,000 and $66,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role. The F&B Assistant Manager serves as a key supervisor and coordinator for the F&B teams across all dining outlets, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager. This role is not only focused on operational excellence but also on fostering a positive team environment that upholds the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf. In this capacity, the Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food service standards meet or exceed both employee and guest expectations through consistent quality and service. Effective communication between team members concerning operations, safety protocols, and employee concerns is a cornerstone of this role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the hiring, training, and ongoing development of the F&B staff, helping to build a motivated and successful team.   • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two to three years leadership experience in related field
  • Two years supervisory experience preferred
  • Must meet state minimum age requirement for serving alcohol

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
