• high school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in restaurant cleaning or bussing preferred
• physical ability to perform duties including frequent reaching bending stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs
• ability to work in varying temperature settings indoors and minimally outdoors
• completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program
• completion of food safety certification
• proficiency in English communication
