The Supervisor, Reservations role at Classic Vacations is a leadership position within the Call Center area, reporting directly to the Director of Reservations, ADS. This role is crucial in upholding the company's esteemed reputation for luxury travel by leading a dynamic team of Travel Sales Specialists. The Supervisor will drive sales excellence, foster team development, and ensure that every client interaction reflects the Classic Difference—marked by exceptional service, product knowledge, and customer care. The individual in this role will promote a positive, collaborative work environment, motivate the team to meet and exceed performance goals, and oversee operational excellence in reservations processes. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and coaching staff, administering performance management, and managing communications effectively through department inboxes to guarantee timely and professional responses. Additionally, this role requires analyzing sales and service metrics to drive continuous improvement and collaborating cross-functionally with Outside Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams. The successful candidate will embody leadership qualities such as passion for coaching, results orientation, strong organizational skills, and adaptability.   • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of 3 years supervisory or leadership experience in reservations, contact center, or hospitality operations
  • proven leadership in sales and customer service teams
  • ability to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
  • proficiency in sales strategies, performance management, and customer service best practices
  • strong analytical and reporting skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with Plex or similar CRM systems preferred
  • capability to work full-time remotely within the USA
  • ability to perform essential job functions at a computer for extended periods
