The role of the Restaurant Supervisor II is pivotal within the restaurant's operational hierarchy, working directly under the General Manager to support all day-to-day operations. This position holds the responsibility to lead the restaurant efficiently during the General Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operational continuity. The Restaurant Supervisor II plays an essential role in upholding the brand’s standards by managing the shift in a way that maximizes the restaurant’s culture and overall guest experience. This includes ensuring compliance with all company and government policies, addressing any policy updates promptly with their team. The supervisor is expected to maintain high performance across key operational metrics, such as customer satisfaction, quality service, and food safety, using the restaurant's Ops Scorecard as a benchmark. 
In addition to customer-focused duties, the Restaurant Supervisor II is accountable for team management, including training and retaining team members, enforcing uniform and conduct standards, and promoting a positive and professional work environment. This role requires flexibility as the supervisor will work varying shifts and must be vigilant about labor costs and operational efficiency to stay within budget guidelines. The supervisor must also be adept at cash management, product ordering, and inventory control to support the financial health of the restaurant. Furthermore, this position requires a hands-on approach, including assisting in all restaurant positions when necessary and leading by example.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Experience in supervisory roles within a restaurant setting

 - Physical ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes
