Based at the training center in Orlando, Florida, this position is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery and management of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated training programs for Frontier’s Flight Attendants. The Inflight Training Manager ensures all training materials, including new and updated modules, are implemented with educational tools that support superior learning outcomes. This individual plays a key leadership role in managing the daily operations of the Inflight Training Center, including handling any on-site challenges such as student behavioral issues, interactions with host hotels, and partnership coordination. As the frontline decision-maker, the Inflight Training Manager directly supervises initial and recurrent training programs, performance management, counseling, coaching, and when necessary, trainee terminations. They also oversee line trainers and contract facilitators during training periods to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction. This position requires maintaining compliance with FAA regulations while managing multiple ongoing projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. The role demands a strong background in adult education, FAA regulations, and prior leadership experience, alongside exceptional instructional and organizational skills.
