Responsibilities include communicating effectively with guests, servers, and management, bussing and resetting tables, and supporting the dining team with side work and other job-related duties as assigned by management. The role involves adherence to food handling standards, maintenance of cleanliness and presentation, and proactive participation in training and pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, VIP guests, and special service requirements.
