Tradewind Aviation is currently seeking a seasonal part-time concierge based at Stuart, FL (SUA). This role is key in enhancing passenger experience by ensuring smooth arrival and boarding processes while maintaining clear communication between passengers, aircrew, and the company. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexible regarding work schedules including weekends and holidays. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for arriving passengers, helping facilitate check-in using specialized software, organizing baggage, and keeping passengers updated on flight information.
