This full-time position is centered on ensuring that merchandising and inventory strategies are effectively executed within the Pet Care Center. The Operations Generalist is instrumental in maintaining the store's excellent operational standards, guaranteeing a welcoming and safe environment for guests and their pets alike. Responsibilities include managing merchandise stock, pricing, and presentation, processing register transactions with care, and supporting guest interactions at every touchpoint. Moreover, the Operations Generalist will actively participate in maintaining animal care procedures that promote health and wellbeing. They are also expected to complete ongoing training to maintain and enhance their role expertise.
