The role available is designed for a team-oriented individual passionate about food preparation and customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. This position is responsible for all functions related to the proper preparation and maintenance of food items in areas such as the cold case, fresh pack, salad bars, and hot bars, ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Employees in this role directly contribute to the customer experience by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service while promoting the company’s core values and programs. The role requires compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, and the ability to perform additional duties within related team areas as needed. Candidates will be actively involved in tasks from food preparation according to recipes and production sheets to stocking, sanitation, and merchandising to maximize sales potential and maintain a clean working environment.
This position offers an hourly wage range of $15.50 to $29.20, commensurate with experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package known as Whole Benefits. - 6-12 months retail experience
