The pay range for this role, based on experience, is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Chang's, you will play a critical role in food preparation adhering to established company recipes, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of food items to company specifications, setting up and breaking down kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. You will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to plate dishes according to designated guidance and could occasionally be involved in general kitchen upkeep tasks such as dishwashing and floor cleaning.
