  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant warehouse or distribution center experience
  • Prior warehouse experience preferably in automotive
  • Forklift operating experience
  • Ability to operate order picker (Cherry Picker)
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Compliance with PPE guidelines
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills
