The Senior Logistics Concierge at Cox Automotive serves a pivotal role within the Customer Care Group. This individual contributor position is designed for a highly motivated customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced call center setting and is dedicated to delivering superior client advocacy and satisfaction. The Senior Logistics Concierge is responsible not only for managing a high volume of client requests but also for resolving complex issues with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires proficiency in numerous platforms and systems utilized to maintain detailed client records and transactions. The successful candidate will be adept at using various tools to research and resolve issues while maintaining seamless communication and relationship-building with clients. This position offers a hybrid work model, where the candidate must live within 50 miles of the Cox Automotive office located at 4615 E. Elwood St., Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ, and be able to work remotely with the ability to come into the office as required. The compensation for this role ranges between $21.49 and $32.26 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and specific location. Additionally, eligible candidates may receive additional compensation through commissions or incentive programs. In this role, the Senior Logistics Concierge will become proficient in knowledge bases and tools essential for managing client needs efficiently, ensuring every interaction leads to effective problem resolution and a positive client experience. They are expected to meticulously document all client interactions within designated systems to maintain continuity and accuracy. Furthermore, this position demands outstanding communication skills, allowing the concierge to guide clients in utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively. • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field
• OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience
• OR 7 years' experience in a related field
• Experience with managing customer/client escalations in a customer service environment
• Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
