The Senior Logistics Concierge role at Cox Communications is a pivotal position within the call center environment that champions client advocacy and satisfaction. Working in a hybrid setting, the candidate must be local within 50 miles of Cox’s Phoenix office to provide on-site presence when necessary.
In this role, the Senior Logistics Concierge becomes a proficient expert in the various systems and platforms integral to managing client records and data accurately, ensuring seamless documentation for continuity and improved client experience. Tasks involve recognizing client needs swiftly, researching pertinent issues, and delivering timely solutions or alternatives. The role demands a strong ability to build sustainable client relationships through best-in-class service and meet or exceed rigorous performance metrics and client service expectations.
This position also involves working collaboratively across multiple departments within the organization to resolve client issues effectively and communicate clearly how clients can leverage client-facing tools for their benefit. The compensation for this role ranges from $21.49 to $32.26 per hour, reflective of the candidate’s experience, skills, and location, with possible additional earnings from commissions or incentive programs.

                - High school diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field or any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience or 7 years' experience in a related field
 - Experience with managing customer/client escalations in a customer service environment
 - Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
