The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing HCP engagements related to travel, attendance at meetings, speaker programs, conventions, and other single engagements to support the Commercial and Development organizations. Furthermore, the role includes auditing non-HCP meetings and activities to guarantee strict adherence to company policies. The position carries a significant responsibility for ensuring Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.'s compliance with Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) policies, as well as state and federal regulations governing payments to healthcare providers. Close attention is paid to accurate reporting and audit processes to maintain the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance in all HCP-related interactions. Key responsibilities include managing the monthly HCP Engagement Folder audit process, conducting full file audits, speaker program audits, reviewing aggregate spend reporting, and maintaining oversight on Fair Market Value (FMV) processes. The role demands rigorous attention to detail, strong analytical skills for financial and contract reviews, and effective collaboration with compliance teams and vendors.
