The role of General Manager - Warfighter Segment is a senior executive position of critical importance at EBAD. Reporting directly to the President, this role entails full profit and loss responsibility and the leadership of one of EBAD's most strategically significant business units. The Warfighter segment focuses on delivering advanced defense solutions designed to safeguard lives and enable mission success, making this General Manager role pivotal to both company growth and national security outcomes. The General Manager is tasked with overseeing program management, operational and engineering execution, customer relationship management, and the formulation and implementation of long-range strategy. This demanding role requires a seasoned leader capable of inspiring trust and developing high-performing teams that embody the company’s core values. Key responsibilities include leading commercial growth initiatives, ensuring flawless program delivery within budget and schedule, maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance including ITAR and FAR/DFAR standards, and engaging collaboratively across internal and external stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will bring more than 15 years of aerospace and defense leadership experience with demonstrated P&L ownership and a proven track record of executing complex programs that meet both customer and organizational goals.
