The Linen Runner position at Grand Pacific Marbrisa is a part-time role offering an hourly wage range of $19.00 to $20.00. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting the housekeeping team to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning operations throughout the resort. The Linen Runner is responsible for distributing supplies and linen to Room Attendants and House Attendants, maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas and storage spaces, and assisting with various inventory and maintenance tasks. This position requires working both independently and as part of a team with little supervision, relying on sound judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential to upholding the resort's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by ensuring that all housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively. The Linen Runner also plays a key role in maintaining sanitary conditions by managing soiled linen and waste, restocking supplies as needed, and participating in regular inventory counts. Moreover, the position requires adherence to health and safety policies, good communication skills for professional interactions with guests and staff, and an overall dedication to company policies and performance standards. As a member of the Grand Pacific Resorts team, the Linen Runner helps to deliver a seamless guest experience by supporting behind-the-scenes operations that keep the resort looking its best. Flexibility in scheduling, including working weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the fluctuating demands of resort operations. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities, customer service focus, and a professional attitude that aligns with the company’s values and standards. Physical stamina and the capability to handle lifting tasks are also critical, given the nature of the work involved in managing linen and supplies for a busy resort environment.
  • must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
