As an Assistant Manager, you will make key daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining high product and guest service standards. You will be responsible for building sales and maximizing profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
