This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This independent franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. The restaurant is part of the fast-food industry, specifically a quick service restaurant that serves a high volume of customers daily. As the General Manager, you will hold a leadership role that is crucial to the restaurant's success. The role entails working closely with your leader to set restaurant goals and develop strategic plans to meet those goals. Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
This position offers competitive pay along with the potential to earn a bonus of up to $2,500 per month.
