This position is based within the food service team at Spectrum Retirement Communities, specifically designed for individuals passionate about culinary arts and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a starting salary of $18.00 per hour and is full-time with variable days and hours to accommodate the needs of the community. As a culinary professional here, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary requirements to meet the diverse needs of the senior residents. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef, you will also manage key aspects of food and supply management. This includes ensuring timely procurement of ingredients, proper storage of leftovers, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to guarantee efficiency and quality service.
