Located at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee, the Porter role is an essential position within the dealership, focused on maintaining the high standards associated with the brand and ensuring the optimal presentation and readiness of vehicles. The Porter is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and appearance of vehicles, including keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly, transporting vehicles around the dealership, assisting customers and staff with vehicle movement, and ensuring that all vehicles on the lot and showroom remain clean and in good repair. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely. The Porter also plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting with weather-related cleanup, building and grounds maintenance, and special projects as assigned.
