We are seeking a motivated Busser to join our front-of-house team, contributing to a smooth dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
In the role of Busser, your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to each guest with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You will be instrumental in clearing and resetting tables, ensuring that all silverware, dishware, and dining surfaces are correctly arranged and ready for the next guests. Your dedication to maintaining a clean and organized environment supports the overall service flow, allowing servers to focus on attending to guests. The position requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively within a team setting, fostering a harmonious and productive workplace. Physical stamina is vital, as this role involves frequent lifting of 25-50 pounds and requires continuous movement such as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and stretching for periods lasting up to eight hours. Additionally, you will assist in transporting dishware to the kitchen and completing assigned side work duties.
