We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by supervising and leading kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining high food safety and quality standards, overseeing all aspects of food preparation including recipe adherence and portion control, and managing inventory levels with timely ordering of supplies and ingredients. Training kitchen staff in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures is a key component of the role to uphold Topgolf’s commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Additionally, they will coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service, and handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies professionally and effectively. Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance, as well as a solid understanding of inventory management processes, will contribute to their success in this role.
