The role of the Manager at Motley 7 Brew is critical to the success and growth of the business. This position assumes full responsibility for the location's growth, profitability, and preservation of the company’s culture, mission, and values. The Manager serves as the leader of the crew, maintaining genuine connections with team members and understanding the unique nuances of business operations specific to their stand or stands. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, the Manager is expected to coach and train team members, perform administrative duties, and oversee all operational aspects. The Manager is responsible for ensuring superior customer service by maintaining quick wait times, cleanliness, and positive customer interactions.
