Beyond managing day-to-day operations, the Manager is expected to coach and train team members, perform administrative duties, and oversee all operational aspects. The Manager is responsible for ensuring superior customer service by maintaining quick wait times, cleanliness, and positive customer interactions. The role requires an individual who can effectively manage staff scheduling while balancing labor costs and service efficiency. Inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations are critical components of this position. Motley 7 Brew Managers work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary. The position involves working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions and requires physical capabilities such as lifting, standing for long hours, and safely using equipment like ladders and utility knives. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills in fast-paced environments, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt quickly to operational challenges. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also beneficial. The position demands a hands-on leader committed to supporting team development and achieving operational excellence. • Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40 plus team members
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Capability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in coaching, training and team development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate all stand positions during peak hours
