The Dispatch Coordinator plays a critical role within Climate Pros by managing the daily schedules of Service Technicians and handling incoming service calls with efficiency and precision. This role involves not only dispatching technicians but also maintaining up-to-date customer databases and ensuring clear communication with both customers and internal teams such as the Service, Account, and Purchasing departments. The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the dispatch process, from receiving customer calls to completing service visits, ensuring that operations are conducted in a cost-effective and timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They must possess excellent communication skills to maintain transparent and concise interactions with customers and internal partners throughout the service delivery process. The role requires an individual who is self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a dependable team player committed to achieving growth and excellence safely.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Dispatch Coordinator forecasts workloads for the upcoming days, maintains on-call schedules, manages preventative maintenance orders by priority, and oversees the dispatch and coordination of driver deliveries and equipment transfers to technicians or sites. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential for keeping the dispatch operations smooth and responsive to dynamic service demands.
This position operates within a typical office environment, requiring frequent sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to focus on computer tasks for extended periods. While the role primarily involves desk work, occasional site visits or ride-alongs with field technicians may be necessary to gain a comprehensive understanding of the service area and operations.

- 3-5 years of dispatch experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
