We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a critical role in upholding and executing our Food & Beverage program, ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and freshness. You will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Manager or Chef and the General Manager, managing kitchen operations efficiently, from overseeing food preparation to scheduling staff and maintaining budget controls for food costs, labor, and supplies. In this position, you will also be responsible for implementing and adhering to company-mandated menu and purchasing programs, planning and supervising banquet functions in partnership with operations and sales teams, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations by conducting sanitation audits and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards. Your leadership will help foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment while handling disciplinary issues as needed. This role demands strong culinary skills combined with solid management experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years in a kitchen supervisory role within high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues. Experience with catering and special event food preparation is highly desirable. Additionally, a current ServSafe certification is required to ensure safe food handling practices.
