The available position is a Kitchen Manager role responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions as directed by the Executive Chef. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining quality standards across food preparation, sanitation, cleanliness, training, cost control, and overall kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience working in a high volume restaurant setting and have the leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and coordinate activities efficiently. The Kitchen Manager will ensure the kitchen operates smoothly by monitoring food quality, implementing sanitation protocols, controlling food costs, and supervising cooks and kitchen workers. Responsibilities also include overseeing inventory control, managing production schedules, inspecting kitchen equipment, maintaining food holding and refrigeration standards, and coordinating with other team members to plan menus and recipes based on seasonal ingredient availability. The position demands an individual who can uphold the restaurant’s policies on personnel management, execute timely and fair corrective actions, and ensure all paperwork and operational reports are completed accurately and on schedule. This role supports the restaurant’s mission and works collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, filling in as needed to guarantee excellent guest service and operational excellence. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other supplemental insurance options.   • 1-2 years of back of house management preferred
  • at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
