The role of the Sous Chef at Revel Communities places dining squarely at the heart of community life. As a Sous Chef, you will not only prepare and plate meals that meet and exceed expectations but also guide the kitchen team through proactive coaching and quality control. Your responsibilities include collaborating in menu development, planning daily specials, and helping design special event menus that contribute to a memorable dining experience. Managing inventory carefully to minimize waste and maintain freshness, as well as championing rigorous food safety and sanitation practices, are vital parts of your day-to-day duties.

- 2+ years of cooking or food preparation experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen
