The role of Sous Chef at Restaurant Associates is a pivotal leadership position within a high-end corporate dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of progressive culinary leadership experience in corporate dining, fine dining, or catering settings and demonstrate superior skills in menu development, production planning, and staff training. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000, reflecting the importance of this leadership role within the company's culinary operations. - Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Knowledge of scratch cooking, presentation, and menu costing
