The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef with various projects and may temporarily take on the Executive Chef's responsibilities in their absence. • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Strong familiarity with OSHA and all local Department of Health Regulations
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, Esysco, and MS Excel preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes at all times while working
