The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, mixing, baking, assembling, packaging, labeling, and decorating pastries with precision and care. Beyond production, this role also includes inventory management by ordering, receiving, and storing products and ingredients to ensure optimal product availability. The Pastry Chef will train other pastry chefs, thereby enhancing team efficiency and consistency across all bakery operations. • High school diploma or GED preferred
