The career opportunity being offered is for the position of Sous Chef based in Des Plaines, USA. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary range of $57,774.71 to $72,218.39, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. As a Sous Chef at LSG Sky Chefs, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This includes overseeing food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and safety while adhering to stringent regulatory standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). The Sous Chef will lead culinary teams, coordinate production schedules, and actively contribute to menu development tailored to airline catering requirements.
