The role of the Sous Chef at Eddie Merlot's is a vital leadership position within the restaurant's culinary operations. In this role, the Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that all recipes, food preparation processes, and presentations meet the brand's standards of freshness, quality, consistency, and outstanding guest service. They directly participate in food production while also overseeing food safety, sanitation guidelines, and kitchen organization. The Sous Chef works closely with other departments such as sales and front-of-house teams to enhance the overall dining experience.
