This specific opportunity is for the role of Sous Chef at Allegiant Stadium, one of Oak View Group's iconic venues. The Sous Chef serves as a critical member of the culinary team, working under the Executive Chef to oversee food production and service within the stadium's Club and Suite levels. The Sous Chef position offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 and is a full-time role with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off encompassing vacation, sick days, and recognized holidays. This role’s responsibilities extend from ensuring seamless communication between the back-of-house and front-of-house during events to supervising food preparation for catering and other departments, maintaining inventory controls, and enforcing all kitchen policies and sanitation regulations.                 - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
 - Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
 - ServSafe certification or equivalent
 - Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
 - Must maintain local Health Codes and sanitation HACCP
 - Valid SNHD health card, Tam alcohol card, Sheriffs Card
 - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
 - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
 - Strong leadership and communication skills
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale software
 - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
