The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all culinary aspects related to food production and service in the assigned Club or Suite Level areas.   • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
