This opening is for a full-time Sous Chef role, a critical leadership position within the hospital's food service operations. The Sous Chef will oversee food production across multiple service areas including Patient Food Service, the Physicians Dining Room, the Cafeteria, and Catering departments. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience in high-volume, fine dining, hotel, country club, or healthcare food service settings. The Sous Chef must ensure all food is prepared, served, and stored in strict compliance with HACCP and regulatory standards, maintaining exceptional levels of quality, safety, and sanitation. They will play an integral role in staff supervision, hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation, fostering a team culture that supports consistent, positive patient interactions and service excellence.                 - Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or technical degree in related field preferred
