The Regional Facilities Manager position at SmartStop Self Storage is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of all store locations within a specified region, specifically focused on Western Canada, including British Columbia and Alberta. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities Maintenance, this role ensures that each facility operates safely, efficiently, and aligns with both company standards and budget requirements. The Regional Facilities Manager leads initiatives such as facility assessments, the management of capital improvement projects, and the coordination of maintenance activities that contribute to optimal building performance and an enhanced customer experience. This position demands regular travel of up to 75% within Western Canada as well as some travel to the United States, making it ideal for candidates who are comfortable working across multiple sites and managing diverse vendor relationships. Compensation for the role ranges between $98,000 and $105,000 annually, based on experience, with an additional discretionary annual bonus.   • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
