The company is currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Manager, a pivotal role responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role ensures that Raising Cane's high standards and unique culture are upheld during every shift, covering all zones in the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager acts as the manager on duty, overseeing the opening and closing of the restaurant, managing cash handling with accountability, and enforcing company policies and safety standards. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the manager to engage in activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Additionally, the role involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature conditions, interacting with food products, including allergens, and using industrial equipment and cleaning products safely.
The Restaurant Manager leads and directs the crewmembers during shifts, ensuring exemplary customer service and the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant facility. This role also involves utilizing company tools and logs to document shift outcomes, taking corrective actions when needed, and managing employee functions such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides with proper authorization. Raising Cane's seeks motivated, detail-oriented candidates with at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
