This role requires a dedicated professional to ensure that every co-worker goes home safely every day by spending a majority of their time—up to 90%—in the field. The manager will observe and coach workers and safety representatives on identifying and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors while reinforcing positive safety actions through recognition and rewards. As a resourceful safety leader, the Field Safety Manager will be involved in answering safety-related questions, sharing lessons learned from incidents, and using leading indicators to influence ongoing improvements in safety protocols. Embedded within project teams, the manager will actively engage in enhancing project safety, quality, and productivity through a hands-on and strategic approach.   • Bachelor's degree in a safety related major
