You will coach and prepare team members to consistently deliver quality beverages and food products according to standard and customized recipes. In this leadership position, you will delegate tasks, oversee store safety and security policies, and uphold operational standards including cash handling processes. This role demands someone who can work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating dependable attendance and punctuality. With at least six months experience in customer-facing roles and team coordination, you will use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships both within your team and with customers. Your ability to learn quickly, direct the work of others, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment will be key to your success.
