The club located in Port St. Lucie, FL, is currently seeking part-time Food and Beverage (F&B) Server Assistants. This role is crucial in maintaining an excellent dining experience for guests by ensuring the dining room's smooth operation, cleanliness, and overall positive atmosphere. As a Server Assistant, you will play an integral role in assisting Ala Carte Service staff and supporting banquet events throughout the dining experience. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality customer service, anticipating guest needs, and promptly attending to them to ensure guests are never left unattended. Duties involve running food, pre-bussing, water service, table maintenance, and coffee service. You will also be responsible for setting up, breaking down, cleaning dining areas, managing side stations by restocking small ware, condiments, and polished silverware, and seating guests according to the seating charts. In addition, this role requires you to be knowledgeable about the menus, daily specials, seating arrangements, and various venues within the club. The position demands someone who can attend pre-shift meetings and follow daily task checklists meticulously. Although this position has no supervisory duties, it demands excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. The work environment involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds, making physical stamina important. Applicants should have a valid Food Handlers Certificate and Restaurant Compliance Solutions (RCS) certification. Familiarity with using iPads and POS systems is also necessary as part of seating guests with dinner reservations. • Up to one-month related experience or training
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate
