The Barista role at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about premium coffee and tea. This position involves curating exceptional guest experiences through offering the world’s finest coffee and tea products, delivering personalized and friendly customer service, and sharing knowledge about sustainability and coffee practices. Baristas are the face and heart of the brand, creating loyal customers and serving as local ambassadors for the company. Those joining the team will enjoy training and development and will be part of a socially responsible and guest service-driven company that prioritizes health and safety. Additionally, the Barista role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, based on the minimum wage ordinance and individual experience.
