This full-time Shift Supervisor position is located at the Baptist Coffee Shop in Jackson, Mississippi. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour and includes a rotating schedule with overnight hours. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in directing associates during your shift, ensuring operational goals are met while maintaining company policies and procedures.
