We are currently seeking talented and motivated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and that all company standards are upheld. This is a non-exempt, hourly position that provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment. The role involves supervising team members, maintaining high product quality, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to overall sales and profit goals. Shift Leaders serve as the on-site management presence during their shifts and are responsible for training, motivating, and coaching team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of shift operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, and operational compliance. You will demonstrate exemplary operational skills, ensuring that each product meets Cicis’ quality standards and reflects customer orders accurately. Additionally, you will handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, soliciting feedback and using it to improve team performance and build customer loyalty. Your leadership will promote teamwork, energy, and a fun working environment while maintaining adequate shift staffing based on projected sales. Shift Leaders also contribute to sales growth by providing friendly and efficient guest service and training team members in sales execution and product knowledge. They manage financial aspects such as cash handling, inventory control to minimize waste and losses, and asset management to keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized. Compliance with safety and security standards is a key responsibility, along with maintaining uniform and appearance standards among the team. This position requires the ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and on short notice in emergency situations. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and be capable of performing all restaurant positions. Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets, and candidates should be comfortable using phones and computers as part of daily operations.
