Shift Leaders oversee operational tasks in the absence of upper management, helping to maintain high sales performance and branding excellence during their shifts. You will be the point person handling daily transactions, ensuring that cash-handling procedures are followed meticulously, and promoting store specials and loyalty programs such as coupons and gift cards. This role requires extended periods of physical activity, including standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds, highlighting the need for physical stamina and agility.
