Currently, Provider Contract Food Service is seeking to enhance its Food Service Leadership Team at its Arizona Christian University location in Arizona by hiring a Shift Coordinator. This is an essential role responsible for overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager. The Shift Coordinator will be instrumental in setting priorities during shifts, training staff on policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with important standards related to food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness. Additionally, the role involves opening and closing the restaurant and fostering exceptional guest experiences to maintain the company's high standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication capabilities to effectively manage and motivate the food service team.
