Specifically, this role contributes directly to the seamless dining experience offered to all guests and members. The candidate will be responsible for setting tables with appropriate place settings unique to each meal period, maintaining cleanliness by removing all dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly, and ensuring tables are refreshed as necessary following the established steps of service for the designated meal periods. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that TPC Sawgrass is known for, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced work environment. • High school diploma or equivalent education
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures
• At least 2 months previous similar experience
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear regularly
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly
• Compliance with federal, state and local safety and health regulations
• Willingness to work shifts as necessary based on business levels
• No direct supervisory responsibilities required
• Ability to handle guest comments and complaints professionally
