United Site Services is currently seeking a full-time Service Technician to join their dynamic team. The Service Technician plays a critical role in the company’s operations by operating a service truck to clean, pump, and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at various locations. This position is central to USS's commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene and customer satisfaction on the sites they serve. The role demands hands-on technical work and customer interaction to ensure that all service standards are met efficiently and safely. The Service Technician will be responsible for driving the company truck in adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and USS safety regulations and executing detailed portable restroom servicing following USS's strict 8-point service standard. This position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting and pushing heavy loads frequently, engaging in activities such as standing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling during service operations. The technician will also provide frontline customer service at job sites, addressing client needs and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded. Flexibility is also a key component because the technician may need to adjust or re-route service routes promptly to meet changing customer requirements. The technician must analyze and communicate feedback to supervisors about route efficiency and customer satisfaction to optimize service delivery on an ongoing basis. The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $18.56 to $25.06 per hour, reflecting geographic variations, individual skills, experience, education, and certifications. • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
• Valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial)
