Service Specialists are responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations that support the client's business functions, such as handling mail metering and sorting, operating copy, print, and scan equipment with precision, and providing a welcoming reception experience. They also maintain conference rooms and common areas, monitor hospitality supplies, and support facilities management through light maintenance and coordination tasks. The job demands an individual who can multitask effectively, pay close attention to details, and interact professionally with clients and visitors. This role is typically full-time with a preferred shift from 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation ranges from 19.77 to 23.72 USD per hour, potentially supplemented by an annual bonus. • minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
• ability to multitask with attention to detail
