The role of Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all Front of House daily operations. The Service Manager leads the Front of House team by managing employees, driving sales, enhancing steps of service, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. You will also manage staff performance through evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring effective scheduling and task assignments throughout operating hours. The Service Manager also plays a key role in hiring, interviewing, and recommending candidates for Front of House positions.
